1st review on BA. Alright, so let's see, I think coming back from some Sac beer week events last week (or was it 2 weeks ago now?) we decided to pass through Winters bc we love Winters and its on the way back to Vacaville (home base that weekend). Got a flight. This was the first beer in the flight.
Pours a light straw yellow golden color scheme. 1/2" white head. Aroma wasn't massive, displayed some traditional hopping moreso than proprietary dry hop blasts. That's fine with me.
Taste is pushed by a traditional grapefruit and tree bitterness. Rocks around that 50-60ibu territory. Relatively easy to drink unless you hate hops and bitterness. Clean body. Light, but could be lighter and crisper. Could be simcoe, but I'm thinking there is at least one Cascade/Centennial/Chinook if not more to it. Nothing wrong with an all bittering hopped beer, especially of the session variety. Went nice at the end of the day on their porch with lots of cornhole going on. Nothing special, but that is the idea, just a relatively easy banger that won't drop you in the dirt.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
