Severe in a flute glass from the can.
Appearance: Hazy yellow with a white head rising roughly half of one fingers length off the body.
Smell: Light citrus with pineapple. Light though as tasty as it smells.
Taste: Sweet citrus with heavy pineapple. Malt bomb in disguise with a milky sweetness that offsets the bitterness of the brew.
Mouth: Medium soft carbonation, crazy sticky body coming off ridiculously crisp.
Overall: Great pickup, reminds of another local brew but with much more hoppier characteristics. Salud!

Pineapple variant of Screaming Cowboy, this has a nice forward flavor of pineapple, along with some grassy hop notes. Easy drinking, and perfect on this humid day.
