Pours a hazy golden honey color with a pillowy white head with nice retention. Nice lacing on the glass.
Tropical fruit hop notes on the nose; mango mainly. A bit of savory hops as well. A bit on the sweet side.
The taste starts off with a grassy bitterness but it is then conquered by a wide mix of fruity hop notes. I get some apple, lemon peel, mango, passion fruit. Quite interesting hop profile. The malt is fairly light, some bready notes.
The feel moderate on the palate. Nice fizzy carbonation give the beer a crisp feel. While there is a grassy bitterness throughout there is plenty of sweet fruity notes to balance. Quite drinkable.
Brewed with Zeus, Azacca and Ekuanot hops. Nice hop profile. Good job.
