Pours an electric hazy straw color with a nice fluffy white head that dissipates into a solid wall of lacing on the glass; thin cap.
The aroma is of grapefruit and orange. Sugary lemon. Not very strong but nice.
Wow, holy hop profile. The sorachi ace makes its self known. Those unique lemon notes stand out. Lots of fruity notes. Peach, orange and mango standout. The mosaic and simcoe take a backseat providing a slight savory note in the backend.
Nice moderate feel on the palate with tingly carbonation. Feels soft. Good balance, nice and fruity. ABV well hidden.
Unique hop profile. Some bold flavors combating with each other but it works. Tropical IPA dream without being too sweet. Great job.
