Pours a hazy golden color with a creamy khaki colored head that settled into a puffy cap.
Bright hop aroma. Quite fruity. Grapefruit and grapefruit zest, berry fruit and a subtle green grape.
Less citrus in the flavor. Some grapefruit and orange. I do pick up lychee as advertised and the grape is more pronounced in the flavor. Some peppery spice in the finish. Bready malt base.
Moderate feel on the palate with semi-soft carbonation. Mildly sweet with a slight peppery finish. Finishes dry.
This is a winner from Secatogue. Good use of the Nelson Sauvin hops.
