Quite possibly the strangest think I have drank to date...
I'm sure there are people out there that would gravitate to this - a supreme taste of ginger, spicy as in hot, and a slightly sweet finish that tries to tamp down the heat. Well, for me, it just ain't working. Pouring this thing out of a can reminds me of a wine cooler, and the smell is nonexistent. I mean not even ginger - WTF? Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated and very crisp, but the taste detracts everything - the overpowering flavor of ginger is way over the top, the spice (which I normally like) is a bit too much in a beer, for me), and the sweetness should have been a bit more to help. In the end though, I do think this is okay, definitely worth a try if you've never had one. But for me, I am one-and-done...

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
