Pours like light apple cider, minimal head formation but ample visible carbonation. Nose is rich apple cider and crystallized ginger candy. Taste plays more towards the sweet apple cider end than to the ginger; was expecting a sharper, spicier ginger flavor based on the nose. A more assertive ginger note would have been able to cut through the sweetness more. Mouthfeel is full with very light carbonation.
