A heavy-hitter at 9.66 this black IIPA is a force to be reckoned with. A heavy malt base lays down subtle notes of roasty chocolate. A combination of Cascade, Chinook and Ammarillo hops gives a nice fruity floral nose, while the Warrior and Crystal hops give a resinous woody, almost tobacco note towards the end of each Evil Sip. She may be humorous, but let me tell you, she's Evil.
