Pours a fairly clear yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is clean and crackery with some yeastiness. Floral and citrus notes are also prominent.
Taste is clean and pretty rich. Lots of floral notes and quite a bit of citrus align well with a moderate bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, very pleasantly surprised by this. Bought it randomy, and it it a very nice, crisp Kölsch.
