Poured from a numbered bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip... 'Wilburs Reserve'.
L: Dark, dark pour... nearly black with a finger of mocha colored head. Great lacing.
S: Rich and decadent. Strong coffee/espresso and vanilla. Smells like the best part of a Starbucks latte. Lighter roast.
T.F: Just like it smells. Sweet milk stout. Cocoa and French Roast coffee. Vanilla and roast. The roast balances the sweet but this is definitely more of a 'dessert beer' . Smooth and creamy. More coffee/mocha at the finish.
O: An outstanding milk stout... this doesn't take a back seat to anyone. Great beer.
