Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly black pour with 2+ fingers of foamy mocha colored head. Great lacing.
S: Rich, sweet, and roasty. Maple syrup and cocoa.
T.F: Just like it smells. Roasted goodness... espresso and dark chocolate with maple syrup, vanilla, and oak. Some char for balance. Medium bodied... smooth and creamy mouthfeel. More sweets/roast to finish.
O: An outstanding milk stout. The maple syrup works well with the brew. Easy drinking and you won't notice the ABV.
