Poured from a tall bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed dark golden amber pour. 1.5 fingers of fluffy white head leave a nice ring of lacing.
S: Spicy. Coriander, tea, and peppercorn mixed with citrusy hops.
T.F: Cracked grains and citrus mixed with spice. Strong coriander and peppercorn. Nutmeg and sage. Fruity esters and citrus rind. Medium bodied... a bit of booze. Complex and super smooth/high carbonation mouthfeel.
O: A bit over the top spiced out saison. Solid flavor and great mouthfeel. Well done brew.
