Poured from a hand numbered bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly black pour... with 2 fingers of mocha colored head. Nice lacing... no light getting through this one.
S: Rich and sweet. Roast, coffee, and cocoa.
T.F: Sweet and roasty up front. Chocolate and milk sugars. Maple syrup... oak, vanilla, and espresso. A bit of roast for balance, but definitely a sweet stout. Smooth and creamy. Medium bodied. A little oily on the tongue. Lingering maple and vanilla to finish.
O: A very tasty sweet/dessert stout. Loads of flavor and super drinkable.
