Pale pink in color with excellent clarity. Poured with a moderate, pinkish, soapy foam with very good retention. Aromas of sour dough bread and light fruity cherries. Medium light bodied with soft, high carbonation and crisp, dry feel. Tart cherry flavors with bready malt beneath. Tartness is pretty even from start to finish with underlying maltiness tapering through the middle. Finished crisply and dryly with light fruity cherry and doughy bready notes. Tart, light, crisp and refreshing.
