16oz can picked up at Belmont Station; first from Assembly
Poured into a Bissell Brothers Three Rivers pint
p- clear gold/copper w/ a 1-2f foamy white head; fairly quick recession
n- soft; toasted malt w/ subtle floral notes
t- sweet toasted caramely malt dashed w/ some earthiness; a bit rich, surprisingly; a simple, yet tasty profile
mf- med-bodied w/ med carb
o- a flavorful, malty IPA w/ good drinkability- I dig it; would have again; a good first impression of the brewery

draught
fresh hop version
Long lasting, creamy, ivory head. Nearly clear, medium orange/amber appearance. Subtly spiced, medium toasted, caramelized malt, with a slight tropical fruit note, for the aroma. Upfront hop bite that is not over the top at all, and tastes of an herbal, spice and medicinal melange. Malt is quite ample and is a slightly roasty, medium toast, caramel sort. Balanced, hop and malt finish.
