500ml bottle from SuperValu, Co. Donegal (€3.29):
Dark brown with a chestnut hue & a hazy body, the head is creamy white & foamy, sitting about 3cm tall with some lacing on the sides as it settles. It's a lively & sharp nose that's quite earthy and with some sweet malts & caramel; I got a few nutty touches towards the end too. It's a very lively & well carbonated beer with plenty or four of fizz on top of a a nutty, earthy tasting beer that had a nutty flavour with some bread malts but it's not as sweet as the nose. It's pleasant but fairly standard overall, and probably not one I'd go for again.
