A rich and smooth Irish Red with layers of toasted malt, caramel, and a touch of earthy hops. Its 5.6% ABV is well-hidden behind a clean finish and balanced flavor that makes each sip deeply satisfying.

Bottle from the brewery, cap label dated Aug. 27th, 2020.
Dark amber tone with bright clarity and rising carb trails. Ample foam that settles to a thin layer and minimal spotty lacing.
Aroma is malty with some toasted multigrain bread crusts and yeast notes.
Tastes like peanut butter on multigrain toast, very malt driven also.
Lighter body, approaching medium with easygoing carbonation, finishes dry with a light malty aftertaste.
Overall it’s pleasant with no off flavors. Probably popular with the hop-averse crowd, it has a nice Fall-like toastiness that’s appropriate for the season too.
