I am trying this beer off the tapper as part of a three sample flight. It poured a clear amber with thin off white ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had sweet malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet caramel malt base and subtle finishing hops. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Crowler filled 9/12. Described as a Scottish 60-schilling light ale on the label.
Tawny reddish orange that has a compact layernof light tan foam that fades away without lacing or any surface skim.
Toasty malt aroma, dry and bready, toasted multigrain bread crust.
Light bodied and malt forward, quenching and easy drinking. Lightly toasted malt, some light astringency, decent carbonation. Overall this is decent for what it is, a session Scottish ale.
