16 oz can mfgr 4/9/24 into a Becker.
SRM 3.5 Pours hazy orange gold with a layered shaving cream white head that has a large cap, incredible head retention to heavy froth, medium-light carbonation, very light sediment, heavy sticky random lacing.
S: Extremely floral, blossoms, citrus, lime, citrus zest.
T: Taste follows aroma plus fruit salad, pineapple, oats, yeast, gently sweet pastry, firm citrus zest akin to lime & grapefruit. It has a lightly sweet orange axis and is subtly tart on the edges. Has a fairly long zesty linger but it is not intense.
F: Punchy medium-light bodied feel with a soft center and a medium-long moderately drying finish.
O: Curious and absolutely delicious. Easy to quaff, not filling and displays a lightly rich flavor overall. A top shelf Session Ale that is excellent in its style.
