L- Bottle conditioned, store and pour very carefully as the silt gets easily picked up into the pour. Cloudy pale chestnut, pours with lively head, that's now reduced to a fine-bubble just off-white foam.
S- It has a dry fruitiness to it.
T- On the first sip I get a brief 'home-brew, albeit very good for a homebrew' aspect, but it's the first beer tonight on a clean palate so my taste is acute for this one. That sense is not present on 2nd sip/+. It has nice interesting meaty malts, and quite a deep rich flavour
M- The body comes across, and it has some bright zestiness that makes it refreshing.
O- I rather like it. The bottle comes wrapped in an A4 wrapper carrying quite a lot of information including the suggestion this be drunk 6+ months after bottling... ah, too late. It could be I drunk this one a bit young (2 months) and hence noted a fleeting rough edge.
