Explosion! Very dark, creamy, intense, round and full of flavour, Czar Bomba is aged for months in oak barrels.

Bottle conditioned. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. A very deep ruby colour with a thin dark tan head.
A rich aroma of dark fruits marinating in a rumtopf. Mixed chocolate and coffee discerned with some Quercus. Remarkably inviting.
A sweetish front end followed by a charred bitter flavour. All else remains but in a somewhat muted form.
Feels almost like a cask conditioned presentation. Medium to full bodied with a fizzy yet soft experience.
It's beginning to feel a bit like Christmas now. A truly wonderful RIS.
