This is our “comfort beer” which is an amber ale made with 3 types of malted barley to give a caramel and biscuit flavour. The hops used are a mixture of traditional English bittering hops and American hops, that give the beer a delicated flavor of citrus and spice.

Cask. A light chestnut brew with a dense light tan head.
A nutty malt aroma with a touch of caramel.
Some bittering hops announce themselves upon tasting. Some pepper and caramel present.
I agree with the style listing regardless of it's label and a rare find for a brown ale on cask.
A rather dry feel from the hops. Cask carbonation.
