My wife and I stopped here to try their beers and to have a snack. The place has been open only a few months, and is located along the main street thru Otsego, and it's hard to miss because it's adjacent to Maude's which has a bright Vegas-like lighted sign and is adjacent to the pub (common ownership of both places). The name of the brewery is based on a musical theme that decorates the inside of the place, and musical videos are playing on all of the TVs (maybe a bit too loudly). An L-shaped bar has stools for around 15 people, and tables/chairs fill the rest of the place along with a stage for live entertainment. We liked the vibe, and service was very good (order food and beverages at the bar).
To try as many beers as possible to get an overall evaluation we ordered sampler-sized pours of 10 of the 12 beers available. (There are 20 taps and the balance of them had guest beers/ciders.) All of them are brewed to its respective style, but none exceeded style very much to really impress us. They are just good, basic beers that fall a little short of what is found in older craft breweries. Hopefully the brewer here will continue to tweak the recipes for the better. We scored them in a range from 3.25 to 3.75.
The food menu is limited to pizza and hot dogs/brats, and some Bar Bites are coming soon. The hot dogs are good. There are cocktails available, but we saw no indication that wine is offered, nor did we see growlers/crowlers, etc. Hopefully the beers will improve as this place matures, but for now, I'd prefer going to Maude's next door.
