From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid dunkel pours a rich
deep and dark muddled brown with a nice head of khaki foam that
settles to a thin ring, thin dusty layer, and sport some light lacing. Nose
of dark breaded malts, earthy malt notes, and subtle herbal notes. Flavors
surpass the nose with a fine presentation of the style with dark breaded malts,
nutty malts, earthy malts, subtle brown sugars, and subtle herbal hop notes.
Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, smooth, and finishing
faintly dry.
Overall, a solid dunkel in the most classic presentation.
Would make a great session brew!
Bring on the BBQ!
Cheers

Had this poured from draft at the brewery. Clear dark brown color with a ice fluffy head and beautiful curtain lacing. Earthy roasted malt smell and taste. Sharp bitter finish. A bit thin but overall pretty good.

6-pack from the brewery
Pours a ruby brown color with a khaki thick foamy head, good retention.
Roasted, bready malt aroma.
Taste follows suit with subtle nutty notes and a slight bittersweet finish.
Light to medium body with good crbonation.
I like it!
