12 ounce can, 10.28.21 stamped on the label, thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a snifter, the beer pours a reddish/burnt orange color with about an inch light tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells like plum, pine and earthy hops, and toasted malt. I think the taste pretty much follows the aroma, but there's also some cherry and bready malt flavors noticeable too. All the flavors seem to mesh well together with no one flavor really overpowering the others. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and a bit slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall red ale, definitely worth trying if you're able to!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little red pours a beautiful ruby
tinged amber with a nice head of off white foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and shows some excellent lacing. Nose of toasted malts,
pine touched hops, and touches of orchard fruit. Flavors surpass the nose
with toasted malts, moderate pine hops, light cherry notes, subtle plum
and raisin, and herbal notes. Nice mouth feel; medium light body, light
carbonation that is lightly prickly, and a moderately dry finish.

Overall----another solid brew from a great local brewer!

Cheers
