From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This excellent brew pours a coal black with a
nice head of brown foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports
some nice light lacing. Nose of dark chocolate, maple, bourbon, vanilla, oak, and
dark roasted coffee with deep char and brulee notes amongst rich caramel. Flavors
hit the mark with maple, bourbon, dark chocolate, cream, brulee, char, oak, vanilla,
and dark fruit notes. Nice mouth feel; full body, smooth, rich, coating, lightly slick,
and finishing warm and satisfying.
