From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid brew pours a dark blackish brown with a
very nice head of tan foam that settles to a thick ring, thin swirling layer, and sports some
nice light lacing. Nose of dark cocoa, coffee, orange peel, char, bourbon, and oak. Flaovrs
give you the MAUL you are looking for; dark bakers chocolate dipped in orange peel, bourbon,
light oak, vanilla, char, espresso, and dark fruits all well presented and balanced for being so
big. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich, coating, lightly slick, warming, light carbonation, and
a bitter malt finish.
Overall----yup.....that's MAUL for ya!
Cheers
