From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This beast pours a rugged and dark
brownish black with a moderate had of khaki foam that settles to a thin
ring. Nose of rich decadent coffee, cocoa, brulee, char, roast, dark fruit
nuances, and light bourbon. Flavors hit the mark with dark cocoa,
vanilla, char, roast, brulee, dark fruits of blueberry and raspberry, rich
coffee, light bourbon, and wood laden malt notes dashed with earthy malt
notes. Mouthfeel is full, smooth, rich as heck, heavy coffee, light carbonation,
and finishing with a solid bitter malt note.
Overall, an excellent imperial!
Cheers
