12oz can, served in a shaker pint glass. No date on can.
Appearance: Hazy/translucent gold-amber, with a thin white head. Some strands of persistent lacing.
Smell: Definite pineapple aroma.
Taste: Pineapple, and a bit of sweetness that is part malty and is borderline artificial sweet. I think the sour note at the finish (and it's a mild sour note) is throwing off the sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Good thickness / juicelike. Sticky on the teeth, just right carbonation.
Overall / Drinkability: Okay - not amazing, but not as aggressive as I was afraid it might be. One and done - maybe with the right food I could be persuaded to have a full 16oz pour, but otherwise 12oz is enough.
