- Situated in an industrial park the parking can be quite tricky, with reserved spaces marked, but not always clearly. For the record the SU is 400. You may have to drive around the building to find the entrance first and park accordingly. The front is quite ambiguous and blends in with the rest of the suites, but is located on the far right side of the building closer to the front near the main road for a general purpose of location. The interior is an open suite/ studio style format. A wooden bar seats 10, with some smaller tables 6-7 (seating 4) scattered about with 2 picnic style benches. The brewery area is easily in sight, a one barrel three kettle electric system, with a wide open atmosphere along with a number of plastic conical fermenters about. The area is very clean, open, and modern. A self service sampler area is located to the left of the bar, allowing people to pick up a wooden flight holder, pick their beers by number from the 2 tv displays, and deliver to the bar tender.

The style variety, despite the name, is quite wide and varied, with about 14 beers on tap at time of sampling. With about 4-5 ipas, others included a Belgian, stouts, dunkelweizen, gluten free, farmhouse, saison, and a session. A two tier tv montier alerts you to the beers on tap, as well relevant information and remaining quantities.

Pricing was fair, depending on style around $7.50 for a 13oz pour or a bargin pour of just $3.50 for most 5oz pours. Good drinkability, the focus seems to be on easy consumption,.

Service was very friendly and quick to offer re-fills. Good conversation and attention was a plus. I attended during a slow time 11am friday start so I cannot attest to busier times but the overall consensus was good.

Overall after a long time in planning, 'Bout the Hops brings a large scale variety of styles, despite the name, in a much deprived area of breweries in the area. A solid pub style drinking environment, provides a nice variety and easy drinking examples that will satisfy the vast majority of craft drinkers.
