Pours an amber-copper color that looks similar to apple juice. Head a finger of white foam. Aroma is crackers, spicy and (minor) grassy hops. Caramel and clove wrap it up. Flavor profile is crackers alongside cloves. Spicy hops add some zest while bready malts form a little extra support. As a whole, it leans bitter. Mouth feel is fuzzy and bubbly in texture. Thickness is medium. Overall, mild and timid, but also served in a thick mug.
