"Tighten your lines, Anglers." This is one brew worth reeling in. A Standard English Bitters, which possesses a medium body, dark copper in color and thick creamy head. Mild and pale ale malts blended with wheat and then dry hopped.

Heavily muddied copper with a lasting bleached yellow foam.
Herby aromas amongst loaves of white bread.
Dry English muffins and hard toffees up front. Dehydrated apple and pear skins. Turns grainier and grassier, then becomes obscured and bland behind the bready yeast. Ends lighty herbal, but not clean.
On the thin side of medium.
Generally unremarkable, but a passable lake-side gulp.
