Oldenburg Brewing Company

Storefront location on Main Street. Diagonal street parking. Longer space more than wide, with windows at the front. Interior has a black painted ceiling with steel beams and ductwork, walls covered with reclaimed wood and corrugated tin, and a tiled floor. Four sided bar with no-back stools. Other seating at low and high tables, with restaurant seating up front. Pull tabs at the bar. TVs above the bar. About twenty taps; many of these are guest brews. Styles are very standard, and suited to serving with food. Limited cocktail service. Kitchen is located at the back of the room, with table service offered for food. Friendly and efficient staff. Beer brewing is not the focal point here, but is one part of serving food and drink to its customers.

 

Not the best signage for visitors. Wood paneling on the walls and a restaurant seating setup. A large wrap around bar at one end with the restrooms and brewery/kitchen following. Not a lot of decor and seemed rather dark for early in the day. TVs over the bar. I thought the beer, as well as the food, where rather underwhelming. Nothing fundamentally wrong, just uninspiring. Had some interesting and well rounded guest tap makeup.
