Pours the color of a ripe guava with a big creamy head that recedes within a minute or 2 and leaves a fair amount of spotty lacing. Aroma is fruity and acidic with plum, pear, guava and grapefruit present. Extremely flavorful with tartness mid tongue and a sour smooth finish. Mouth is medium bodied with good carbonation throughout, refreshing. Have had this at the taproom and from the crowler. Nice job Mike, two thumbs up.
