Pours a murky medium mustard color into a pint glass with a creamy white head that takes a while to dissipate and leave a fair amount of lacing. Have had at the tap room as well as from a crowler. Aroma of stone fruit & guava present with hints of pineapple and citrusy tropical fruit also in the mix. Taste is rounder with a bitterness that lingers but is not overpowering. Sits mid mouth with a nice piney bitterness towards the back of the palate. A very enjoyable and balanced offering from Mike and CMB. Will definitely look for when visiting them again.
