Lighter, cloudy golden yellow body, two finger white head, a lot of carbonation that needs a minute to settle. Crushable grisette with an amazing freshly squeezed grapefruit juice nose.

Poured from a bottle (29Sep2020) into a Belgian glass
L: clear yellow gold with a very thick, dense white head lots of very small compact bubbles. Faded after a couple minutes, matching but thinner white lacing
S: clean, slightly herbal/floral farmhouse nose to start. Slight mustiness to it, like that. Get a bit of a tropical nose, but more of a grassy/peppery/hay aroma than anything fruit-forward. Lemon coming through more as it's warmed
T: the more tropical nature of the Nelson comes through here at first, get some mango and citrus as well. Lemon farmhouse character there as it's warmed, not as pronounced as with Suarez. Moves nicely and fairly quickly to a spicier/peppery middle. Toward the end get that wine wine Nelson character, leads to a medium/long slightly drying finish. Quite full flavored, especially for the abv
F: medium body, medium/high carbonation nice bubbly feeling on my tongue, slightly drying. Body may be a little thicker/more viscous than I'd like, only potential knock I can thick of
O: excellent grisette from Weaver Hollow. Refreshing and full flavored, showcases the more herbal/earthy nature of Nelson but delivers some of the fruitier notes as well
