Poured from a bottle (31Aug2019) into a Belgian glass
L: clear light raspberry red with a very thick, slightly off-white head. Bubble size is incredibly small, foam looks very dense and uniform. After the head fades leaves amazing, thick lacing
S: gorgeous farmhouse aroma right off the bat. Hay, grass, slight barnyard funk, some sour tart as well. Restrained plum there as well, slightly sweet delicate fruit character. Dough, fresh bread, lemon, crisp and bitter Granny Smith
T: follows the nose well, really beautiful light plum flavor comes through early and stays. Light, crisp acidity up front with plum/lemon leading, that sharper green apple character there as well. Medium/long finish, excellent lingering acidity (skin and flesh plum combination)
F: medium body, medium/high carbonation, nicely drying
O: fantastic fruited ale from Weaver Hollow. Complex, delicious, great full-fruit flavor brew

Lighter yellow golden body, one finger white head. I dig the big plum character but with just a soft, mild acetic acidity. Good fruit tartness, very balanced between dry and sweet.
