From the bottle, it pours a hazy yellowy amber with a modest head, soon diminishing to a ring and island. In the nose, it is fresh smelling, hard for me to describe, but gose-like. In the mouth, it is lightly malty and a bit zesty. Nice!
Note: They refer to this as a Pfaelzer Gose!
