This was the first beer that I ever had from Jersey Cyclone as I loved the name behind this and needed a good Stout for this cold stretch of weather that we've had. I love s'mores in general and this beer felt like one as it was plenty thick and chocolatey while staying true to stylistic from from the first whiff down to the last drop!
Of course, this had a dark pour to it with a moderately tan head that topped it off, as it softly settled down. Only a thin ring of lacing was left near the top of my pint glass as that was the only disappointing aspect of this beer. Tons of cacao nibs, vanilla, Dark and Munich Malt, and lactose were in the nose as the graham cracker, sticky marshmallow, slight roasted aspect, and a *ton* of cinnamon came through in the taste once this warmed up. Plenty full from the oats and plenty thick, this saved the need to find a campfire and sticks as everything I needed turned out to be in this brew.
Some brewed coffee and vanilla slickness came through in the back as this was nicely complex without being too strong, since the amount of alcohol was spot-on. Canned on 11/13 with "FIRESIDE DESSERT' written underneath it, this was a fun beer that wasn't too strong for everything that was going on. Somehow, it was nicely balanced and just a bit bitter in the back but if I had another here, I'd reach for it on a night like this. Good first impression from Jersey Cyclone!

Description: Stout Brewed with Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon and Lactose. 16oz can, canned 3 weeks ago.
Pours dark brown/black with a slight brown head that fades quickly. Aroma is vanilla and light cinnamon with some roasted notes. Taste is sweet with some vanilla and cinnamon. Not overpowering in any particular part, decent balance. Feel is smooth but not super rich. Overall, an easy drinking stout with the advertised flavors that don't overwhelm.
