Brewed for the Australian Brush Fires, now serving duty for the US COVID-19 situation. Purchased in 16oz can that was canned on 2/27/20 and consumed 3/21/20. Purchased to help support Jersey Cyclone, but the profits go to Australia, so not much help there.
Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head that hangs on. Aroma is hoppy floral and kind of surprisingly intense considering the ABV. Taste is standard pale ale, nothing wrong, but nothing new. Feel is very nice, smooth and coating. Overall, a surprisingly tasty and pleasing beer for 5%.
Supporting someone else through my drinking is certainly a plus.
