Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is vanilla, maple, coffee and sweet notes. Aroma is pretty interesting and intense. Flavor follows with bourbon, vanilla maple and coffee, complex and evolving. Feel is very good, oak chips help here. Feel is rich and coating. Overall it's a big beer with big flavors, aroma and feel.
