Solid black motor oil appearance with no head.
Carbonation is very low with an above average body. Has a thick creamy feel all adding up to an excellent body.
Aroma is bourbon, rye, boozy, roasted malt, wood, some dark fruit and sweet mocha.
Tadte is definitely boozy, bourbon, rye, sweet sticky malt, mocha candy with a little earthy wood.
Overall I dare say this is a world class beer that I would seek out again

Barrel Aged Flood is aged in rye whiskey, bourbon and rum barrels.
Pours deep black/brown with almost no head. Aroma is strong whiskey and bourbon. Taste is a great mix of booze, roasted malts. The rum sweetness, rye burn and bourbon each come through to some extent with bourbon being the dominant. Feel is very good, low carbonation and a nice creamy feel. Overall this is a big beer and at 10% in a 19.2 oz can, it's a big beer to drink. Enjoy.
