Pours black with a thin fizzy head. I don't think I've ever seen a stout with so much carbonation. Aroma is excellent, dark chocolate and a touch of bourbon. Taste follows, with a smoky chocolate and bourbon sweetness. Feel is decent, a bit thin for an imperial, but okay. Overall, it's a happy 6th anniversary for Jersey Cyclone and this stout fits the bill. But maybe wait for Snowtober.
