Copenhagen 29/ 2026. 33 cl capped and waxed bottle from DrikBeer web-shop. Dark green label with a little obscure symbol in the centre.

Pours opaque dark brown with no head. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing.

Aroma is intense with a dark and roasted odor mingling with a boozy sent of whiskey. Dark roasted malts with a strong scent of whiskey. Potent and sharp.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, viscous, a little sticky, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and searing with a strong bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is boozy and potent.

A very boozy and potentpleasure.

Pitch black, with a tan head. Smells of chocolate, whiskey and coffee. Taste is the same, feel the liquid go down the aesophagus. Not much bitterness, not quite as good as hoped.
