Copenhagen 21/2 2023. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Folding paper drawing with a robot head matched with a white shirt and a dolls legs.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sugary, liqueur-like odor mingling with bitter cocoa and alcohol. Almond liqueur, plums, raisins and brown sugar. Marzipan.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, greasy, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a boozy searing undertone. Lingering. Finish is sweet booze.
Potent sugary boozer.
