Copenhagen 7/11 2025. 44 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Blue can with a weird X-ray-like item.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Stable, Settles as as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with a more aggressive, tart and sharp citric scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiff of sour grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong and sharp bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finis is dry,
Potent and tart DIPA.
