Copenhagen 16/11 2025æ 33 cl waxed and capped bottle from DrikBeer web-shop.Dark label with a big splash of milk.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin rim og foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor with a touch of dark alcohol mingling with a tart scent of sour ilk. Dark roasted malts, chocolate and dark fruit. Raisins and plums. Sweetish yet sharp whisky. Coffee.
Thick, oily, soft, viscous, a bit sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a boozy sear. Sourish undertone. Lingering. Finish is sugar and alcohol.
A boozy punch camouflaged by sweet treats.
