Sampled on tap at the Merída taproom. Not a bad strong ale, but nothing special. For a beer listed as a habanero ale I was expecting more heat and pepper flavor. There is a minimal heat that builds throughout, but it is subtle. I guess it’s better to err on the side of caution with chili beers. Fairly sweet overall. Worth a sampler but I wouldn’t want a pint of this.
