This beer has Piloncillo Sugar, Haitian Cocoa Nibs, & Lapsang Souchong Smoky Tea listed as ingredients . Sampling from a howler
Pour a slightly carbonated copper/amber with one finger of fast falling tan head. Scant lacing & head retention
S: Toasty, a little smokey
T: Toasty with sugar/marshmallow sweetness, dryness & a slight smokeyness & woody hops as well up front. More toastyness/dryness, a touch of tea & smokeyness as this warms, just a kiss of brown sugar & very faint cocoa. Finishes dry, a little smokey & toasty
MF: Medium body, subdued carbonation
Very easy to drink, a very different brown, has some smores elements to it, but very subtle
