Pours an effervescent mahogany with a sliver of tan head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Bourbon not much else, a little fig
T: Follows the nose, vanilla & oaky dryness as well up front, even a little coconut. Oaky dryness, vanilla & Bourbon notes as this warms, a little cola flavor as well/ Finishes oaky with cola & Bourbon notes
MF: Medium body, subtle carbonation, warming
Glad to see these guys making big beers, I get that they are old school in their brewing. methods, this is more in my current wheelhouse,, this beer is too drinkable
